Improve upload restart

description

When an exception (for example when a WiFi connection breaks down) occurs when uploading pictures the upload procedure is aborted. Either allow the upload to continue where it left off. Or remove the pictures that were uploaded successfully from the upload list. Otherwise the user is likely to upload duplicate pictures.

There are two parts to this. First is the easy one -- when the upload is aborted remove the fully uploaded pictures. There is likely to be a partial picture upload -- but that will be a single picture and is often easily detected (because half the picture is grey up on flickr). The second one is fixing that last problem -- which isn't trivial... :-) For me the most common cause of this error is a bad wifi connection -- it would be nice if the uploader would try again a few times before giving up and returning control to the user. :-)

I'm now removing successfully uploaded images from the list. I didn't implement a retry mechanism, because this is already done by the Flickr.Net library.
